1. Ownership and Rights

• You retain full copyright ownership of all submitted work.
• By submitting, you grant Crosswalk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
  • Display your work on crosswalk.ink
  • Promote your work in site galleries or internal site advertisements
• Your work will not be posted to social media or third-party platforms without your explicit written permission.

2. Editorial Use and Discretion

• Submissions may be lightly edited for grammar, clarity, formatting, or layout.
• We reserve the right to accept, decline, edit, or remove any submission for any reason.
• Harmful, illegal, abusive, plagiarized, or fraudulent content will not be tolerated and may be reported to authorities.

3. AI-Generated Content

Crosswalk supports transparency and artistic integrity. You must disclose if AI tools were used in your submission.

• Allowed without disclosure:
  • Photo cleanup tools (e.g., dust removal, AI denoise)
  • Basic AI-powered upscaling, sharpening, or noise correction
• Disclosure required if:
  • The work is generated or significantly altered using tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.
  • Text or images were largely created by an AI with minimal human input

4. Disputes and Contact

If you would like to:

• Remove your work
• Report inappropriate or misused content
• Dispute a submission or its attribution
